Moim zdaniem to typowe pekniecie zmeczeniowe. O ile dobrze pamietam w swojej (bylej) ramie dokladnie w tych samych miejscach mam spawy. Widocznie chlopaki ze Spandau latali troszke na raty nie chcac przekonstruowywac calej ramy (co wiaze sie np. ze zrobieniem nowych wspornikow do spawania w czasie produkcji... koszty... koszty... koszty...).
Oprocz tego sadze, ze nie jest to wynikiem stosowania zbyt cienkiej rury na rame. To nastepstwo zle zaprojektowanego podparcia glownej rury, czyli wywolania dodatkowych naprezen (spietrzenie naprezen). W takich miescach, nawet bez istnienia karbu (jak np. w slynnym przypadku silnikow IL-62), w krotkim czasie (nie mylic z wiekiem konstrukcji - bo chodzi tu o czas scislej eksploatacji) powstaje pekniecie zmeczeniowe.
P.S. Zastanawialiscie sie kiedys jak skomplikowane jest wlasciwe OSZACOWANIE zywotnosci konstrukcji mechanicznej pod katem zmeczenia materialu? Wigoru nadaje tu fakt, ze wytrzymalosc zmeczeniowa zalezy scisle od CYKLU naprezen. Ten cykl z kolei zalezy (w tym wypadku) od tego kto i w jakiej konfiguracji siadzie na moto, po jakim podlozu jedzie, jakie sa czynniki zewnetrzne warunkujace oslabienie konstrukcji, np. wywolane korozja... Nooo.. robi sie z tego czad.
Slyszalem, ze Japonczycy (jako pierwsi na +naszym+ swiecie) wprowadzili stochastyczne metody do pomiaru jakosci produkcji. Swego czasu najlepiej przystosowanymi do naszej nawierzchni samochodami (zawieszenie: zywotnosc i dobor charakterystyki) byly Hondy.
We wszystkim trzeba miec umiar. Z umiarem wlacznie...
